I want to return my product

When purchasing products from our website, you can cancel the purchase agreement without explicit reason within 14 days. This reconsideration period starts on the day after the day you received the product. You can return the product by sending it to our shipping partner.

Returning method

  • Register the product via as a return delivery and describe in your e-mail the reason why you are returning the product, the order number, your e-mail address and a picture of the package.
  • Package the product – insofar as reasonably possible – in the original state, unopened and undamaged in the original packaging
  • Send the product to the following address within 14 days after cancelling the agreement.

The shipments should be packaged appropriately, including sturdy outer packaging. If still available, you can use the original delivery packaging for this. Sturdy outer packaging is a requirement. The original seals should be undamaged. The QR code should be unused.

Processing return shipments

Processing of return shipments: after your shipment has been received by us, we will carry out a manual and automated (scan) inspection. We inspect whether the guidelines were met and whether there is any damage caused by misuse, whether the QR code was used and whether the returned products were actually delivered by us in the first place. If we accept the returned products, we will return the product price to you within 10 workdays. 

NOTE: If your returned products do not meet the conditions described, our repayment obligation will not apply.

In case of doubt, please contact out customer service. To be able to process your return shipment, please include the packing slip with order information in your shipment.
