Shipments in the Benelux are delivered by GLS; shipments outside the Benelux are delivered by DHL. If you have any questions about your order – even though you can also track your shipment online – contact Cubuso.

If your package was delivered in an unacceptable state, please send an e-mail to support@laeqhealth.com, describing the situation and including a picture. We will contact you as soon as possible.

 

Returning a product

When purchasing products from our website, you can cancel the purchase agreement without explicit reason within 14 days. This reconsideration period starts on the day after the day you received the product. You can return the product by sending it to our shipping partner. Read more.
